    Location: Oahu, Hawaii

    Aloha, Therapists! We are excited to announce two new opportunities for passionate, dedicated, and licensed therapists to join our thriving practice located in the heart of beautiful Oahu. 

    We are seeking two therapists: one who specializes in working with children and teenagers, and one who focuses on adults and couples. These roles offer an opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment while making a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community.

    About Us.

    We are a respected and growing practice known for our commitment to quality therapy and our strong ties with a sister organization renowned for its work in adoptions. We are proud to offer a robust referral system and administrative support that ensures our therapists can focus on what they do best - helping clients navigate life’s challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide individual, family, and group therapy to assigned clientele.

    2. Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans.

    3. Document all client interactions and maintain client records in accordance with professional standards.

    4. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.

    5. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

    Flexibility:

    Our therapists enjoy the flexibility of scheduling sessions on a part time or full time basis. This scheduling flexibility allows us to better meet the needs of our community while also accommodating the personal needs and lifestyles of our therapists.

    Qualifications:

    1. A current Hawaii license to conduct mental health therapy. (MHC, LSW, MFT, PHD)

    2. A Master's degree or PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

    3. A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services relevant to the position you are applying for (children/teenagers or adults/couples).

    4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

    5. A passion for helping individuals and families thrive.
